In July 2023, ZETA is founded in Switzerland. Its first headquarters is in Wallisellen.

Where is ZETA based?
ZETA is based in Zurich, where it has its office. After its foundation, the first headquarters was in Wallisellen. The registered office is currently in Wald ZH; the address is listed in the legal notice.
When was ZETA founded?
ZETA GmbH was founded in July 2023 and is entered in the Commercial Register of the Canton of Zurich (UID CHE-206.572.454).
How does ZETA support imports into Switzerland?
We clarify the goods, origin and delivery terms with you, obtain the necessary documents from the supplier and coordinate transport and customs clearance with forwarders and customs agents. That way you know before delivery which charges – such as import VAT – will apply.
And exports from Switzerland?
We help prepare documents such as the commercial invoice, proof of origin and export declaration, align transport and Incoterms, and check with forwarders what the destination country requires. The electronic export assessment also serves as proof for the VAT exemption.
Which countries and products does ZETA work with?
ZETA is active in Switzerland and internationally. Which countries and goods are suitable is decided project by project – what matters are your requirements, reliable suppliers and clean processing.
How does a consulting engagement work?
It starts with a conversation about your situation and goals. We then propose an approach – from strategic planning and organisational development to entering the Swiss market – and support the implementation, pragmatically and with direct contacts.

Feuertube Swiss – a pellet patio heater with a glass tube – and Ethera Coffee, a single-origin coffee from Ethiopia. ZETA runs both brands in Switzerland as brand owner.
